Consequently, PP sealing films must be carefully matched to specific applications, taking into account factors like specifications, thickness, and functional characteristics. To meet diverse customer needs, we have introduced a custom sealing‑film service—tailoring the film to individual requirements—which has earned widespread recognition and positive feedback from both new and existing customers.
The customization process and precautions for PP sealing film are as follows:
1. The thickness of the PP sealing film must be specified; otherwise, our company has already commenced production in accordance with the requirements, and any resulting losses shall be borne by the customer.
2. The quantity/weight of PP sealing film is determined based on actual requirements. The unit of measurement is kilograms, with a minimum order quantity of 100 kg.
3. Color printing for PP sealing films, with options for solid colors, spot colors, four-color, six-color, eight-color, and more.
4. For the original design of the PP sealing film, the customer must prepare the graphic elements and layout and submit them to our customer service team. Any changes prior to finalizing the draft should be promptly communicated with the customer.
5. The functional characteristics of PP sealing film, if required, should include easy tearability, easy peelability, resistance to high‑temperature steaming, corrosion resistance, freeze resistance, and anti‑fogging properties.
